Technical Processor

On offer is a role as a Technical Processor reporting directly to the Senior Processor. The Technical Processor works within a team using company design tools to develop accepted customer quotes into manufacturable designs. It is a fast paced environment and requires the ability to liaise with other departments as well as external customers
The role:
- To produce manufacturing designs, drawings and shop floor cutting lists using the company tailored CAD software system
- To liaise across internal departments, customers and suppliers to ensure a good and complete design
- To compile a full Bill of Materials for all new products. This will include working with the Production and Purchasing teams to ensure the format follows a logical production route.
- To ensure that appropriate financial and business planning information is uploaded as required in the company bespoke management system
- To manage changes into the CAD and internal management systems as required
The person:
- Must be able to organise workload to ensure all projects are progressed and prioritised as necessary.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work accurately
